  • Each venue has different capacities to suit various event sizes:

  • Our base rental rates start at:

    Private Luxe Gallery ~Starting at $1,500

    Saint James' Luxe Lounge ~ Starting at $2,500

    Mane Loft & Covet Studio ~ Starting at $3,500

    All rentals include:

    • Venue rental for contracted hours

    • Existing furniture and decor

    • Sound system access

    • Basic cleaning

    • Venue host

    • Setup/breakdown time

    • Tables and chairs

    • Kitchenette access

  • Yes, but we keep it reasonable:

    • Venues can operate until 2am (some until 4am!)

    • Sound systems are equipped with volume controls

    • Professional sound monitoring included

    • Different limits for day vs. evening events

    • Specific guidelines provided during venue tour

  • We're flexible to accommodate your preferences:

    • Outside catering welcome at all venues

    • No preferred vendor requirements

    • Cultural and religious food accommodations welcome

    • Kitchen access for caterers

    • Bar services available if requested

    • BYOB options available

    • Food truck-friendly locations

Food & Beverage

  • General Cancellation Policy (Applies to Direct Bookings & Other Platforms)

    • 30+ Days Before Event → Eligible for a full credit towards rescheduling within 365 days (excluding holidays and holiday weekends).

    • 7-29 Days Before Event → Eligible for a 50% credit towards rescheduling within 365 days (excluding holidays and holiday weekends).

    • Less Than 7 Days Before Event → Partial credit may be granted at the discretion of management.

    • Reschedules → Allowed once (based on availability) with at least 30 days’ notice.

    • Non-Refundable Fees → Any processing fees, customization fees, third party vendor fees, or add-ons (e.g., catering, staffing) are non-refundable.

  • No required vendors! We believe in giving you the freedom to choose:

    • Work with any licensed vendors

    • Preferred vendor list available upon request

    • Vendor recommendations available

    • All vendors must provide proper insurance

    • Setup/breakdown times accommodated
